FOR CHAFING DISHES:

   
FILL WATER PAN WITH 1 GALLON OF HOT TAP WATER
   
PRY TOP OFF OF STERNO CANS
   
PLACE THE STERNO CANS ON A DIAGONAL UNDERNEATH THE WATER PAN IGNORING HOLES
   
LIGHT WITH A MATCH
   
ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR FOR FOOD TO GET HOT
   
PLEASE NOTE:
   
STERNO STAYS LIT FOR 2 HOURS
   
THE FOOD MAY NEED TO BE WARMED IN OVEN FIRST
   
ALL HOT FOOD SHOULD BE REHEATED TO AT LEAST A TEMPERATURE OF 165
   
ALL FOOD IS SAFE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR A MAXIMUM OF TWO HOURS EXCEPT IN EXTREMELY HOT WEATHER
